Peter H. Puccetti, CFA
Chairman & Chief Investment Officer

Peter Puccetti is the founder and Chief Investment Officer of the Goodwood Funds. The long/short Goodwood Fund began in October 1996 with a focus on special situations value investing. The Goodwood Fund is one of Canada's longest running long/short funds and is differentiated by its solid long term returns, bottom-up stock picking focus, willingness to engage in constructive activist investing and absence of derivatives and leverage. Prior to the Goodwood Fund, Peter co-founded a successful institutional brokerage boutique, Puccetti Farrell Capital Corporation. Previously, Peter was an analyst, investment banker, partner and member of the Steering Committee of Sprott Securities Limited. Peter earned a Bachelor Of Arts in Economics (BA) from Dalhousie University and was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 1991.

J. Cameron MacDonald, CFA
President and Chief Executive Officer

Cam MacDonald is the President and CEO of Goodwood Inc., joining the company in September 2000. Prior to Goodwood Inc., Cam was a Director, member of the Research and Executive Committee, and shareholder of Connor Clark Private Trust (1990-1999). In April 1999, The Royal Bank of Canada purchased 100% of Connor Clark Private Trust. From 1983 through 1990 he held various positions at Wood Gundy(CIBC)-- Credit, Operations, and thereafter as an Account Executive (Vice President). Cam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (BA) from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Robert Kittel, CA, CFA
Partner

Rob Kittel is a Partner of Goodwood Inc. joining the company in 2002. From 2000 through 2002, he was a Vice-President with a large Canadian based hedge fund. From 1997 through 2000, Rob was employed in the investment area of Cadillac Fairview Corporation, a commercial real estate development company. From 1994 through 1996, he was a staff accountant with KPMG. Rob holds a BBA Honours (Gold Medalist) from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Curt Cumming
Partner, Trading

Curt Cumming is a Partner at Goodwood Inc. joining the company in 1999 as a Trader and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Goodwood, Curt was an Institutional Equity Trader with Kearns Capital (now Paradigm Capital) and prior to that a high net worth Investment Advisor with Altamira Securities. Curt sits on numerous industry regulation committees and is a graduate from Brock University.

Kate Sherkey
Trader

Katie Sherkey joined Goodwood Inc. in June 2005, assisting in the responsibilities for trading and portfolio analytics. Prior to joining Goodwood Inc., she was with TD Asset Management Inc. Katie holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance (BComm) from the University of Calgary, Haskayne School of Business, and is currently enrolled in the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program.

Gabriel Riff
Director, Business Development


Gabe Riff joined Goodwood in 2009 to develop business relationships within the investment advisor community. Prior to joining Goodwood, Gabe practiced as a corporate lawyer at McCarthy Tétrault in the business law group, with an emphasis on secured lending transactions. Gabe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (BA) from McGill University, a Master of Science in Political Economy (M.Sc.) from the London School of Economics and both common and civil law degrees from the University of British Columbia and the Université de Montréal.

Catherine Olthuis
Office Manager

Catherine Olthuis joined Goodwood Inc. in November 2005 as Office Manager.  Catherine brings to Goodwood fifteen years of office experience including four years at the executive level.  Prior to Goodwood Inc., Catherine was the Executive Administrator for a General Contractor.
