The attached document may only be used in connection with the purchase of units of the Goodwood Capital Fund in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario or Nova Scotia. Residents of another province of Canada (other than Quebec) may obtain a copy of the Goodwood Capital Fund’s simplified prospectus from a dealer or financial planner registered in their province who are permitted by law to sell mutual fund securities. Units of the Goodwood Capital Fund are not offered in the Province of Quebec.
