Goodwood Inc. was founded in October 1996 with a "value" investment methodology that would be repeatable over time. Over sixteen years later, with the partners of the firm being substantial investors, the Goodwood Fund has achieved a +9.76% compound annual return since inception (net of all fees) vs. the S&P/TSX Composite Total Return Index posting returns of +7.27% over the same period ending April 30, 2013.
