The Goodwood Fund is an RRSP eligible open-ended long/short Canadian equity fund. The objective is to maximize total return and reduce market risk through the purchase and short sale of primarily Canadian exchange listed securities. The portfolio has exhibited substantial returns with little correlation to the overall equity market direction. As a portfolio management tool, long/short funds offer the potential for increased returns while reducing overall market and portfolio risk. The Goodwood Fund is offered to certain eligible investors (accredited investors and persons investing a minimum of $150,000) through an Offering Memorandum and can be purchased through Goodwood Inc. or, if you prefer, through your investment dealer or financial planner where permitted by provincial law.

The Goodwood Capital Fund is an RRSP eligible Canadian equity mutual fund. The objective is to achieve capital appreciation through the purchase of Canadian equity securities over a broad range of industry sectors. Incepted in December 1999, the Goodwood Capital Fund focuses on the fundamental value attractiveness and prospects of individual companies rather than the direction of the overall markets. The Goodwood Capital Fund, with initial minimum purchase of $5,000.00, is offered through a simplified prospectus and can be purchased directly through Goodwood Inc. or, if you prefer, through your investment dealer or financial planner where permitted by provincial law.
